MEDICATION DELIVERIES FOR VULNERABLE PATIENTS
During the Covid-19 pandemic, there is now a pharmacy delivery service for medication available to all highly vulnerable patients who received a letter from the NHS or the GP Practice informing them to shield themselves for a 12 week period.
If you do not have a friend, relative or volunteer who can collect and deliver your medication, please contact the practice on 0208 311 3917 so that we may set up this for you.
