Complaints

Patients are welcome to discuss any problems or issues with the services, including staff and doctors, with the practice manager or the doctor.

Any complaints should be directed to the practice manager, Pauline Clelland, either by telephone or in writing. Alternatively, you can complete the Feedback and Complaints triage online.

However if you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint and wish to take it further, please ask at reception for the complaint leaflet which lists other complaint organisations contact details.
