Appointments

Make an appointment by visiting our Consulting Room.

Alternatively, you can call the practice on 020 8311 3917.

If you wish to see a particular doctor of your choice, this may not be possible within 48 hours. In this case, the first available appointment will be offered to you.

This practice can also book an appointment whenever available, with the HUB GP services based in Thamesmead and Eltham.

Emergency Clinic – With Appointment

  • Monday from 14:30 – 17:00
  • Tuesday from 14:30 – 17:00
  • Wednesday from 14:30 – 16:30
  • Thursdays from 14:30 – 17:00

Patients are to call the surgery on the day of the emergency clinic to book an appointment to see the doctor.

Only those that have called and arranged an appointment will be seen.

These appointments will be for emergency/urgent treatment.

If you feel you would like a Chaperone present at your consultation, please inform your doctor/nurse, who will be more than happy to arrange this for you.

Online Appointments

You can also book appointments online by registering with our online service, Patient Access.

Please see a receptionist to complete a registration form for this service or complete the Register for Online Services form.

Patients can also download the myGP app from the app store on their phones. This allows patients to book direct appointments using their smartphones. Visit www.nhs.uk – myGP for more information.

Cancelling Appointments

If you need to cancel an appointment, you can do so online by completing our Cancel an Appointment triage. Please do this as soon as you can so that the time can be used by another patient.

Not Attending Appointments

Please note that appointments made but not kept cannot be tolerated. Three consecutive non-attendances will result in automatic removal from the patient list.

Interpreting Service

This surgery has an interpreting service for all patients who require it. Please inform the receptionists if you require an interpreter when booking your appointment who will arrange Language Line at your allocated time with the doctor/nurse.
