Urgent Update for Patients: Ordering your Repeat Prescription

From 1^st January 2025 this practice will no longer be accepting repeat prescription requests from Pharmacies unless there are extenuating circumstances and it has been agreed/authorised by Dr J Chand.

To order your repeat prescription, please request this via the NHS App.  Helpful leaflets on how to do this are available at the surgery or speak to a member of the reception team regarding this if you have any queries.

For those patients with no access to the internet, you can drop off your request in writing. Housebound patients only, can still call directly to the surgery for their prescriptions.
